To SHINE, is to communicate without using words, mind to mind, as is the search for the point of balance and silence.

SHINING IS SILENT

That is the 'Shining' of Balance.

The Remic Rapids site is on unceded Anishinabe-Algonquin territory, as is most of the Ottawa Valley and environs. A treaty has never been signed by First Nations & Canada. 

 The Algonquin people named the Ottawa River, "Kichi Zibi", meaning "Big River", and was the principle trading route, and a spiritual source for numerous First nations across North America.
